Right of Withdrawal

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national laws implementing it.

This right applies to all distance contracts concluded through our online store at pulseash.com. It is a statutory right that exists in addition to any voluntary return policy we may offer — your legal rights are not affected by any commercial return window we provide.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which:

For a single item order: You (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
For orders with multiple items delivered separately: You (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the last item in the order.
For orders delivered in multiple shipments or lots: You (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the last shipment or lot.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period has expired. Sending your communication before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline — you do not need to have returned the goods by that date.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may do so by:

Email: Send your withdrawal notice to support@pulseash.com. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Contact Form: Submit a message through our Contact Us page with your order details and return request.
Model Withdrawal Form: You may use the model withdrawal form provided in Section 4 below — but it is not mandatory.

Upon receiving your withdrawal notice, we will acknowledge receipt by email without delay and provide you with the return shipping address and any additional instructions.

4. Model Withdrawal Form

You may use the following form to exercise your right of withdrawal. Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You are not required to use this form — a clear written statement by email is equally valid.

5. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

6. Costs of Return

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is sent without tracking.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs — and in most cases you will not need to return the item at all. Contact us first and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

7. Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You may inspect and try on the item as you would in a physical store — but you may not wear, wash, or use the item beyond reasonable inspection.

In their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged)
With all original tags attached
In the original packaging where possible

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of contracts and products (in accordance with Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU):

Custom-made or personalized items: Goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Sealed goods for health or hygiene reasons: Products that are sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if you have unsealed them after delivery (e.g., underwear, swimwear with hygiene seal removed).
Goods inseparably mixed: Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
Digital content: The supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page are also excluded from returns under both our statutory withdrawal policy and our voluntary return policy.

9. Our Voluntary Return Policy

In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we also offer a voluntary 30-day return policy as a gesture of goodwill. This means:

If you return goods within 14 days of receipt under your statutory right, your EU consumer rights apply in full.
If you return goods between 15–30 days of receipt, our voluntary return policy applies (see our Return & Exchange Policy for details).
